Dutch Work Rights is an independent, non-profit information project. It explains Dutch employment law in plain English for employees, whether they are Dutch or newly arrived. It has no ads, no affiliate links and no paid tier.

How pages are written

• Every claim links to a primary source: legislation, court rulings or official government pages.
• Every guide shows the date it was last reviewed and which rules it applies to.
• Drafts are never published. A guide goes live only after its sources have been checked.
